Abstract

Marzia Faietti was elected CIHA’s international president last June and retraces the stages that led her to taking this office. She emphasizes the importance of a constructive dialogue among different national groups and the significance of strengthening relationships between museums and universities. She addresses strategic issues, such as the protection of art heritage from environmental emergencies, the support for the participation in CIHA of emerging countries, and the development of more agile work and discussion formats.
